个人简介

赵华显,微生物学博士,助理研究员,硕士研究生导师,广西科技专家库技术专家,南宁师范大学地理与海洋研究院海洋牧场与智慧海洋研究中心副主任,广西微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员。长期从事广西北部湾环境微生物学、分子生态学和生物地理学研究,研究对象包括红树林、河口以及海洋等生境中的微生物群落结构和功能、独特微生物种群动态及其环境响应机制、微生物介导的地球化学循环等。研究手段包括:组学分析、生理生化实验、生物信息学分析、同位素添加实验、代谢速率测量等。至今已发表论文30篇,其中以第一或通讯作者身份在Science of The Total Environment、Microbial Ecology、FEMS Microbiology Ecology等国际主流期刊发表SCI论文8篇,以及中文核心期刊论文1篇。担任Journal of Hazardous Materials、Journal of Environmental Sciences、Microbial Ecology等国际知名期刊审稿人。主持广西自然科学基金1项,地厅级项目1项,各类省部级重点实验室开放课题3项,指导1项国家级大学生创新项目以及5项自治区级大学生创新项目。讲授研究生课程:陆海生态系统服务与碳汇效应计算。
