胡刚,博士,副教授,南宁师范大学硕士生导师,广西大学林学院校外硕导,从事植物学、生态学等领域的教学与科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金、广西自然科学基金等各类项目10余项,参与国家级和省级项目17项;2023年获广西科技进步奖二等奖1项;2024年获International Young Scientist Award(国际青年科学家奖);已在国内外期刊发表学术论文140余篇,其中在Plant and Soil、Frontiers in Microbiology、Agriculture、PeerJ、Forests、Frontiers in Plant Science、iScience、Applications in Plant Sciences等SCI/EI期刊发表论文近40篇,在植物生态学报、生态学报、生物多样性等中文核心期刊发表论文50多篇;编著教材/著作《植物学野外实习指导》、《生态学实验教程》、《广西弄岗喀斯特植被恢复过程中植物、凋落物和土壤的生态化学计量特征研究》、《桂林岩溶石山常见木本植物生态学研究》等合计9部。《Soil Science and Environment》、《亚热带植物科学》期刊青年编委,受邀为Catena、Scientific Reports、BMC Plant Biology、Flora、生物多样性、生态学报、植物生态学报等期刊审稿。先后获南宁师范大学优秀园丁奖、优秀教师、师德标兵、科研工作先进个人、“三育人”先进个人、教学新秀奖、优秀班主任、优秀实验(实训)教师、优秀实习指导教师、创先争优优秀共产党员等荣誉13次;指导学生获省级以上竞赛奖励20余次,获省级以上创新创业项目16项。
